Suryadatta Institute of Fashion Technology (SIFT) organizes La Classe Annual Runway fashion show every year to showcase the talent of its students.
SIFT is a branch of this Education trust which imparts the knowledge of Fashion Design to the students through a 3 year degree course; Diploma and other Certificate courses. Affiliated to SPPU and YCMOU respectively.
Every year a fashion show 'La Classé' is conducted in an exhilarating atmosphere full of glamour and glitter. Dozens of Celebrity Models from the tinsel town of Mumbai show case the apparels designed and stitched by the students of SIFT.
A large number of celebrities from the fashion world and film industry enhance the charm of the show with their presence. Every year there is a different theme for designing the apparels and students complete a thorough research before creating mind boggling designs.
The main attraction is the choreography which is created by very well known choreographers like Vishhal Saawaant, Sandeep Dharma and Alesia Raut, an eminent fashion choreographer, fashion stylist and model coordinator in the glamour industry with multiple talents and a perfect blend ot attitude, versatility and experience.
Year 2023 : We are proud to showcase the diverse cultures and traditions of India in our new tagline, "Modern Costumes with Traditional Accessories." Our central theme is the Tribes of India, where we will highlight eight major tribes: Angami Naga, Khasi, Bodo, and Karbi from the North East, Bhil, Tharli, and Banjara from the North West, and Kinnauri from North India.

Year 2022 : La Classe's 10th runway show was tagged as "Colours of India '' and aimed to showcase the vibrant and diverse colours that define India's culture, traditions, and heritage. The theme aimed to celebrate the country's artistic and cultural legacy and raise awareness about its unique colour palette both nationally and internationally. The theme was divided into nine sub-themes: Beauty with Fusion, Folklore Clutter, Shilpa Shastras, Silken Temptation, Hidden Paradise, Fusion and Fashion, Spiritual Art, Kassni Dupatta Wali etc.

Year 2020 : To promote the use of Indian fabrics, particularly Khadi aiming to revive this traditional craft,opportunities for rural artisans, and encourage sustainable fashion. We launched our theme "Walk for Khadi" with the tagline "The Nation's Pride." This theme was divided into seven sub-themes: Draped Drama, Khadi-Metric, Psychedelic Khadi, Fraying Love, Khadism, Dual World, and Techno World

Year 2019 : La Classe's central theme of "Innovation on Trend" was divided into nine distinct themes to showcase various fabric manipulation, surface ornamentation, and embellishment techniques. These included: The Rage of Ruffles, Banjara - The Wandering Souls, Aquatic Dreams, African Wardrobe, Glory Girls, Era of 1945, Dramatic Disaster, The Denim Hangover, and Mysterious Creations.

Year 2017 : Our "New Style Innovation" tagline focused on the central theme of the show, which was Architecture, Biomimicry, and Synthesis. Architecture sub-themes included Moscow Church, Moroccan Architecture, Moon tower, Rajasthani windows, etc. Bio-mimicry focused on themes such as galaxies, the big bang, and flowery creepers. Synthesis included outfits that blended opposite elements, such as fire and ice, nature and machinery, and soft and hard.

Year 2016 : La Classe's 6th runway show was based on the bridal theme and tagged as "Unity in Diversity." The show was grandly performed and showcased the various brides of India, including Maharashtrian, Christian, Bengali, Rajasthani, Manipuri, Southern, Muslim, and Punjabi brides.
