Suryadatta Institutes of Management (SIMMC/SIBMT) Pune-21, MCA Department has organized a Mega event – TechFest 2022 from 17th to 18th December, 2022. Under the roof of TechFest 2022, We have conducted MindSweeper – Software Project competition, Battle with Code – Programming context on C++ and Java 2022 and Mr. & MS. Technocrats – Knowledge hunt competition.
124 students participated from 15 institutes all over Pune region and 412 Â In-house students from SIMMC,SIBMT, SCMIRT participated from various courses.
The formal Inaugural Ceremony of TechFest 2022 was held on 17th December, 2022 by Dr.PratikshaWabale, Dean of Academics, Dr. Manisha KumbharHoD,MCA ,all event coordinators and other dignitaries along with students.Â
After the inauguration function, events MindSweeper2022, Battle with Code 2022 and Mr. & MS. Technocrats have been started at defined locations of main building of Suryadatta Campus. Events were judged by respective judges from academics and industry are Mr. ShubhamKanugo-Team Lead, Accenture, Prof. Amit Shrivastav. Asst.Professor, D Y PatilPimpari and Prof.KavitaDivekar, Asst. Prof.Pratibha Institute of Business Management along with MBA faculty members.
On 18th December 2022 Prize Distribution ceremony of MCA TechFest 2022 events was held at Bansiratana Hall by hands of Dr, RachanaShikhare – Freelance and Consultant, Mrs. Ayesha Kesarkar- Asst. Consultant TCS, Mr. Vinay Padole – IT Application Developer, Dr. Manisha Kumbhar along with all faculty members and students.
Shiv Jayanti celebration at Suryadatta National School (SNS)
On the occasion of Shivaji Jayanti, Suryadatta National School’s students dressed up wearing traditional Maharashtrian attires, while some came dressed as the Great Maratha Warrior, Shivaji Maharaj. Students took the opportunity to speak about the military expedition of the great warrior and his able commanders.
Suryadatta National School Sports Day 2020
The much awaited Annual Sports Day of the Suryadatta National School was held on Thursday 13th February 2020, with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere at the campus of the Suryadatta National School. Prof (Dr) Sanjay B Chordiya, Chairman of the Suryadatta Group of Institutes opened the Sports Meet and emphasised on the importance of sports in a child’s life. He succinctly brought out how sports inculcate diverse virtues like, Discipline, Team spirit, Esprit de corps etc in a child. Dr R Ramachandran, Chief Development Officer of the Suryadatta Group of Institute was also present on the occasion.
The students right from the Pre-Primary to Senior Secondary participated in different events from 100m/60m race, Three legged race, Paper Race, Ready and Run etc. Some of the events mainly indoor games like Badminton, Chess, Table Tennis etc were conducted beforehand. Once the races began, the air was filled with cheering and tons of encouragement for the young athletes. Fun time with a staff tug- of- war and the same between the houses added to the enjoyment. The Best House Trophy and the overall champion trophy was awarded to the Additya House.
