18th February was indeed a great day at SGI’s SCHMTT. The students of SCHMTT held Alumni Meet and Farewell for SPPU students. The event was based on the casino theme. During the event, students interacted with each other & alumni were felicitated. Also, final year students were awarded for various achievements in games and entertainment activities.
On the occasion of 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗷𝗶 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶, 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹'𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 dressed up wearing traditional Maharashtrian attires, while some came dressed as the Great Maratha Warrior, Shivaji Maharaj. Students took the opportunity to speak about the military expedition of the great warrior and his able commanders.
The much awaited Annual Sports Day of the Suryadatta National School was held on Thursday 13th February 2020, with great zeal,
excitement and frolicsome atmosphere at the campus of the Suryadatta National School. Prof (Dr) Sanjay B Chordiya, Chairman of
the Suryadatta Group of Institutes opened the Sports Meet and emphasised on the importance of sports in a child's life. He succinctly
brought out how sports inculcate diverse virtues like, Discipline, Team spirit, Esprit de corps etc in a child. Dr R Ramachandran,
Chief Development Officer of the Suryadatta Group of Institute was also present on the occasion.
The students right from the Pre-Primary to Senior Secondary participated in different events from 100m/60m race, Three legged race,
Paper Race, Ready and Run etc. Some of the events mainly indoor games like Badminton, Chess, Table Tennis etc were conducted
beforehand. Once the races began, the air was filled with cheering and tons of encouragement for the young athletes. Fun time with
a staff tug- of- war and the same between the houses added to the enjoyment. The Best House Trophy and the overall champion
trophy was awarded to the Additya House.
Suryadatta Group Of Institutes, Founder, President & Chairman Professor. Dr. Sanjay B. Chordiya and Mrs. Sushama Chordiya, Vice President & Secretary of the Suryadatta Education Foundation honoured Bollywood Actor Ajay Devgan forhis contribution tothe film industty and also wished him sucess for his upcoming movie 'TANHAJI- The Unsung Warior'.
Suryadatta College of Management, Information Research and Technology (SCMIRT), College organised seven days residential winter camp, in Kudalewadi, Tal. Mulashi, Pune from 24thDecember 2019 till 30th December 2019, in residential camps various sessions on social activities, awareness programs, drama and cultural programs as well as awareness on various social issues such as organ donation, gender equality, save girl, road safety awareness, diet planning, hygiene counselling, consumer protection awarenessetc. are conducted in NSS camp.
