As the Vice-President & Secretary of the Suryadatta Education Foundation, she oversees the specific projects, institution's operations ensuring high standards of educational excellence and students’ well-being. She is responsible for carrying out educational policies, implementing programs and for supervising curricular & extra-curricular activities in the institution. She oversees day-to-day operations ensuring that all the departments are functioning efficiently and effectively.

She is instrumental in ensuring that the students' comfort and well-being are prioritized. Her nurturing approach has earned her the affectionate title of "Mother” to all the Students, reflecting her deep commitment in creating a supportive and caring environment resulting in holistic development of each student. She engages with students personally, understands their challenges, and provides guidance and support. In addition to her role in the Suryadatta Education Foundation, Mrs. Chordiya is the visionary Founder of the Suryadatta Women Entrepreneurship & Leadership Academy (SWELA).
