Large number of students from various countries across the globe pursues their studies at Suryadatta Group of Institutes. All continents are represented through various committees formed by students. Suryadatta supports in getting these foreign students settle in Pune. The students coming from African countries have formed their association to help the influx of fresher’s for pursuing higher education and help them by way of suggesting the different courses and institutes for pursuing these courses. Getting accommodation, compliance with the Indian Government’s rules and regulations etc is supported by the students. To strengthen this association SGI encourages a meet of African students studying in India. SGI also encourages student’s activities of all other countries.

As per existing guidelines, Foreign Nationals will be admitted as per the approved intake in a course..
Eligibility:
a)Applications
Admission of foreign nationals to any programme/Course is subject to the condition that they are found suitable for admission by the Admissions Committee of the Institute/Department.
b) Academic Qualifications:
A prospective Foreign National has to fulfil the eligibility conditions, including the required qualifying degree and marks/grades, as prescribed.
English Proficiency
All foreign students from Non – English speaking countries have to appear for English Proficiency Test (EPT)
Documents submitted at the time of Admission
It is mandatory for all the foreign students to produce documents, pertaining to admission, in original at the time of admissions.
Visa & Health Insurance
A valid Student Visa is necessary on arrival for admission to be completed. No admission will be granted on Tourist Visa/X Visa/Entry Visa/Medical Visa etc.
All foreign Nationals must complete their Medical check-Up within three months from the date of admission.
Documents Required
A student selected for admission is required to report to ............ with the following documents, in original, along with one photocopy of each document. Certified English translation of such copies should also be submitted if they are in a different language.
Besides the above, the student is also required to pay the fee prescribed for International students.
Accommodation
The students can find accommodation within the vicinity of the campus.
Registration with FRRO
Students will have to report within fourteen days of arrival and as and when necessary.
